Cannot access outside network when VPN is enabled

For years I was able to access plex media server outside my network with or without VPN enabled on the computer where the server was running. For the last several months whenever VPN is enabled my outside network access gets disconnected. If I disable VPN then I am able to access plex from outside my network. I am using PIA as my VPN. Any suggestions?

Same here. I tried several months ago to get info on a fix to no avail. I just have to leave my VPN off.
