Cannot access Playlists, Related Actors, spin, spin, spin, spin, spin

I can access my Playlists about 20% of the time. The rest of the time I get a spinner. When I finally access a playlist and click on it, I get another spinner. The same thing happens with trying to click on a cast member on the movie page. It just spins forever. What in the world is going on?

I think this happens more often after I’ve used Plex and it stays in the background on the Apple TV. When I come back to it later I get the spinner. I have to swipe Plex off the screen to restart it.

Are my playlists local or do I have to hit Plex’s servers for something? Plex is so unreliable for me I can’t use it.
