Im having troubles with plex web. I cannot access the media server from localhost or remote (cannot try to access from the LAN at the moment but it usually works from there).
The strange thing is that I can access the media server from my iPhone app. But when trying to reach the media server locally on the linux server where it is installed i get the user select display and after inputting my pin number it just says that the plex media server is unreachable.
Remote access just trying to find the server without any luck.
I have tried:
- restarting plex
- restarting the server
- restarting the router
Is there any way to reinstall the plex server without loosing the DB’s.
I cannot backup them since i cant reach the admin pages.
can someone help me?
