Cannot access Plex Server on local network

Let’s see if the log files show anything.

  1. Stop Plex Media Server in Synology Package Center.

  2. Wait at least one minute.

  3. Start Plex Media Server (the stop/start is so the log files contain the startup sequence).

  4. Wait 5 minutes for PMS to fully start.

  5. Manually pull the log files (since you cannot access PMS directly).

  6. Attach the zip file to the thread.
