Let’s see if the log files show anything.

Stop Plex Media Server in Synology Package Center.

Wait at least one minute.

Start Plex Media Server (the stop/start is so the log files contain the startup sequence).

Wait 5 minutes for PMS to fully start.

Manually pull the log files (since you cannot access PMS directly).
