Cannot access server on admin account

I’m on vacation, and on my Google TV the admin user cannot access my server, claiming it’s “offline” or “unreachable.” I’ve reinstalled the app, checked for updates, logged out and logged in again, and nothing works.

The other users are able to access and stream content, and it works normally on my phone, but for some reason the admin account on Google TV claims it is inaccessible. Does anybody else have this issue or know how to fix it? I can provide logs if that would help.

Can a Plex dev or someone help with this? I’ve been tearing my hair out over this for hours now and I still cannot figure out what the issue is

Got it (in case anyone else has this issue), reset your DNS.

I’m on Ubuntu, so I set it to 1.1.1.1 in the conf file and that fixed it immediately.
