Cannot access server or settings after trying to enable port forwarding

Hi - trying to use plex web app to access my server while traveling in another country. Was working ok, but then for some reason i tried enabling port forwarding. Since then, when i go to settings, my server is listed but says “unavailable” with a red triangle, and i cannot access the setting to disable port forwarding and reset back to what it was. any advice appreciated! i’m very much a newbie with this, so please forgive me if there is something obvious i am missing
