I had remote access a couple of weeks ago and now I can’t connect. I didn’t change any settings. It just stop working. I have completely uninstalled the plex server and reinstalled it since. But that has not helped at all. I have set up port forwarding before and that worked for a while. I have a static ip set. Nothing. I can upload logs. I am just unsure which one to upload.
start with going to canyouseeme.org and test your port forwarding for success.
Once you test please post screen shots of your port forwarding setup and blank out any public IP info if there is any listed.
A couple things to try.
a) Is there a active VPN?
b) Clear your Browser temp files that is used for plex.
Chrome? History/ Recent history/ Everything/ all but Logins/ok.
I am assuming you have restarted all routers and modems and MacOS Catalina
Also try changing your DNS to the following on your mac
Temp files/cache cleared
DNS changed on Mac to 1.1.1.1
Restarted mac and router
Still not working
On the server it says fully accessible outside my network. But if I try to access it outside my network though the android app it says its offline or no items to display.
