I’ve been using Plex for over two months, with my laptop as the media server and streaming to both windows and android clients without problems. The thing is, today I launched the android app and said my server was unavailable. I went to check my laptop (server) and it had the following message: “The server ******** is unavailable”. To the left side, it said “The selected server is unreachable. Make sure it’s running, double check your network, and try again”. I haven’t changed anything in my setup, the app keeps refreshing but it just doesn’t work. I closed the apps checked my internet connection, reset the password, etc. Can you help me? Thanks

Thanks for the answer. I followed the steps, but once I tried to get into server settings, it gave the message “server settings are unavailable”
same problem here — I get the green light for a second then back to this … no remote connections working even with firewalls turned completely off …
