Server - Seagate Personal Cloud and NVIDIA Shield Pro
Server Version#: latest
Player Version#:
I reset my password in response to the data breach notification and signed out of all of my devices as part of the process. When logging back in, I managed to reclaim one server that is local on my PC but cannot access the servers for my Personal Cloud NAS and my NVIDIA Shield Pro. When accessing the local web apps for those devices through my PC to try to reclaim those servers, they say that I am not authorised to access those servers, even though they are listed in my authorised device lists in the local web apps themselves.
Having the same issue with my cloud server. Can’t reclaim it. I’ve changed the claim code, but still cannot access my content. ![]()
I managed to reclaim My Shield Pro Server by removing it from the authorised list and then logging on again through the Plex app on the Shield Pro. However, with the Personal Cloud this did not work and ended up losing the server altogether, or at least it’s not appearing on any of the apps. Logging on again on the Cloud Web App doesn’t recover the server, Thankfully that server is an old one and is pretty much superseded by the one in the Shield Pro so it’s probably not a great loss although it was a handy backup/fallback.
I managed to recover / reclaim my server after password change and forced logout by doing a localhost login. That was donen by port forwarding over SSH to the linux server hosting the server. Accessing the server using a normal network interface didn’t allow this.
did you ever get this problem fixed
i am still having the same issue
i have tried everything in the different forums and nothing seems to work
