Unable to add or edit libraries at all

UPDATE: After looking in the logs I saw something about “couldn’t create plugin process: 740” I googled that and it said something about admin privileges. Apparently my PMS wasn’t running in admin mode, and starting it that way fixed the problem it seems

Cannot add library, language dropdown not appearing

Server Version#: Version 1.32.4.7195 OS Windows 11 I’ve been having this issue for a while now, I’ve had it on my precious server which was running on low hardware and it was temporarily fixed on this new one for a couple days but the issue came back. Can't add new libraries because of UI issue

Server Version#: 1.32.5.7349 Player Version#: 4.108.0 When I try to add a library, there is nothing in the drop down box for Language to select and the Next button is disabled (screenshot attahed). I’ve added libraries in the past so I’m not sure if I made a change in the settings to cause this or it was recent Plex update. I have tried adding the library in multiple browsers (FF, Chrome, Edge) and on multiple computers with the same problem. TIA [Screen Shot 07-28-23 at 08.09 AM]
