Hello, I just install Plex media server on my Manjaro linux PC Following a video on youtube. Everything went well untill I tried to add media to library. When I press “Scan library file” it’s spin for a sec but no files in target folder added. I have no Idea what is my problem.
In my experience, this is usually due to incorrect permissions.

but it still not add in to library.
I don’t know what YouTube video you’ve been using but I remember those can occasionally be outdated or simply off target.
Best check out the tips & tricks for Linux. There’s e.g. guides on how to mount drives for Plex to properly see their content. This can be tricky and it’ll be particularly painful if you’re not super familiar with the underlying OS.
