I am a lifetime plexpass subscriber and I’m no longer able to add a managed user (ca’t find the button) or a Home User (an error occurs when trying to invite someone to my Home group)
I also have this message under my 4 home users
It appears to have been a temporary outage.
Stop your server and restart it
close your web browser, wait a few moments, then reload the web app app.plex.tv
Indeed, I didn’t had to restart my server, the managed and home user came back. Thank you !
