Cannot add MyCloudEX2Ultra folder to Desktop Plex Server

I have a MyCloudEx2Ultra NAS. I have a folder that I can map to my desktop and view the contents. I can move contents to without issue.

I was able to add folders to the library setups and then I started receiving the error message indicating that the content is not reachable even though it was.

I removed the Cloud folder and tried readding it but it will not show up anymore as an option to add as shown in this snippet…

I’m at a loss as to why this is happening.
