I’m trying to add an existing user to my home. When I do, it says that the user is already a member of my home. They are not or at least they don’t show up on the list. They are a friend and can sign in and stream on my account, but they recently moved in with me and I want them to be able to switch to their users easily without having to sign in and out. Any idea why it is saying that?
they have to accept being in your home. you cannot just force them to be added. if you already invited but they have not accepted yet it might sat that if you try to invite them again. only thing i can think of off top of my head.
when they log into web app under and log under users do they see the invite from you?

Not that they can see. I’ll check again. From my end it looks like the request never went out but maybe I missed something. I’ll check again and report back. Thanks!

Turns out is just wasn’t refreshing. After waiting 24 hours, it now shows as a pending invite. It was weird because it simply never showed up as going through; it always gave an error. oh well, it’s working now. Thanks!
