I am trying to add my partner to my Plex Home. She already has a Plex account and I already gave her library access. However when I try to add her to my Plex Home it says “[username] is already part of your home.”. I don’t see any pending invites, nor does she have any way of accepting any invite, not in her emails nor when logging into the account and going to the Plex Home settings.
I saw this related thread: Cannot invite and add user to Plex home but I don’t see any invites awaiting response in the interface.
Could I get help adding my partner to my Plex Home please?

You must log in as her. Then go to “View Profile” - “Requests”.
There she should see the invititation and accept it.

We are already friends on Plex, but I don’t think that’s relevant.
The last screenshot implies that she already has her own Plex home created.
Thanks for the advice! I tried incognito mode for both users and didn’t see any invite. I also tried removing her library access and then adding her back to the library and home but it gives the exact same error.
I’m not sure, I think that might just be how it looks? I created a brand new account for testing and was able to add it to my Plex Home. The Plex Home screen looked the same.
