Cannot claim reinstalled server

After uninstalling PMS with “sign out and unclaim” option I can not reinstall it with “claim token” option. Installation proceeds, but with error “Could not complete dialog with plex.tv. Unable to claim.”.
If I install the server as “normal installation” and log in into PMS, then I got the “unclaimed server” notification. When I try to claim it in server settings I click the “claim” button, then loading wheel spins for about 20s and then it reverts back to “claim” button and nothing happens.

Solved now - adding secondary DNS (Google 8.8.8.8) in Synology network settings did the trick.
