Don’t use your custom domain, if you have them set up. Only the local IP address of the server. Use the http protocol, not https.

That was it. I had the local address bookmarked using https as it generally works after adding a security exception for the plex.direct cert. But this doesn’t work for the claim server process. Using http worked. Thanks all!
