Cannot complete request to claim server

Friends, hello. I am new to this and seem to be running into an issue claiming my server.

I have NAS Device. Synology D1019.
Chrome browser but have tested this using Firefox and IE
ESET and disabled firewall when testing as well.
Windows 10 Pro. Not on a network.
TP-Link AC5400 router.

Basically when attempting to claim my server from my Nas is opens the tab to Plex and instead of going to the sign in I get an error saying “Cannot complete request” and it then redirects me to the main login page which I am already signed into.

I check my devices and it shows Chrome (my pc) and Plex Web.
No server options are available (I assume because one hasn’t been claimed).

I have no idea how to get passed this.

I checked my router for DNS. I am using google for DNS.

I also checked my ESET logs to confirm nothing was being blocked and the logs show nothing.

I am at a loss here.

ok so I think all this is the problem, my noobiness.

  1. For Plex settings, I only can get to the Plex.tv from a browser tab and there are no server options.
  2. I found the logs and compressed from the Nas. How do I get them from the NAS to this post? There is no browser installed on the NAS. I attempted firefox but Im running into some technical difficulties getting some ID"s emailed to me because of a lack of SMTP settings on the NAS.
  3. Of course, If I go to installed apps, and click plex, it just opens up a new tab directing me as indicated before.
