Before finding out my ISP blocks all ports unless buying a static IP I re-did my plex server several times. Anyone else have this issue or know if it is possible to get support from Plex? I am on the verge of moving to an alternate solution like Jellyfin as this has been going on for 1.5 months now and not having access to our music and DVD library outside our home without a VPN is frustrating.

Have you made sure your docker is using host mode for networking? Is your ISP router using DNS rebinding? that may need to be disabled if the cause. (If you can, use a different DNS like Googles)

I have tried all the suggested solutions with no luck. Port 32400 is open and I now have a static IP from which I can confirm the port is open.
