Cannot connect to my Plex Server on Synology Nas

Hi,

Yes… strange… I was able to connect this morning remotely but can no longer…

Been running fine for months, but this week has driven me nuts with connection issues.

The App can find the server, but cannot connect.

Frustrating

Ya I don’t know whats going on but it just likes to bump me out for some reason ive never had this problem before but I do applogize for the incovents I would just like to have it fixed

I am still having issues… my Plex Nas is being found but I cannot log in to it.

And after doing some research concerning my Modem/Router, it states:

“Note also that ports 22456 to 32456 are reserved for RTP protocol in VOIP services. Do not use any of these ports for any other service”

So… is there a way of changing the Plex port number it uses ???

Again thanks for helping me out.

If I log in remotely as I am doing, my Plex Server is found, but it says “The server “TheShinesNas” is unavailable
Plex will automatically try to reconnect to this server”

External port to 50000 using TCP
Internal port to 32400

As for access I have no idea why either… as I can connect to my Nas Desk top with no problems.
