Cannot connect to PlexMediaServer-1.18.6.2368-97add474d-x86_64.qpkg on QNAP

I just updated to PlexMediaServer-1.18.6.2368-97add474d-x86_64 on my QNAP TS-453a with Firmware 4.4.1.1146. The service starts but I cannot connect from any clients or the web interface on port 32400. The browser waits on this link: http://<my_ip_address>:8080/cgi-bin/

Anyone else having similar issues?

So case closed, I believe.

I am having similar problems on my QNAP TS-538 as well. I am in the process of rebooting and re-installing Plex Server.

I ssh’d and looked for other Plex processes. It turned out, there was another process still running despite the UI showing it was stopped. So I killed that process and restarted Plex, and after a little while I could connect to the web interface.

I’ve been having a similar problem for a few days. Using a TVS-471.
Updated to the latest version (V1.18.6.2368) on Tuesday which initiallh seemed to resolve but still recurring. Stopping and restarting the server app via QTS seems to resolve temporarily but appear to be an issue?
