I had a power failure and I think something got corrupted. Now, I can access Plex from the PC used as a server but not from a nearby Windows 10 computer nor from Roku. I get a message that Plex is unable to connect securely. Any suggestions on troubleshooting steps?
Do you have a static IP and port forwarding setup for your PLEX server? If not, a loss of power can cause your server’s IP address to change and cause issues.
IP is dynamic. Any suggestions on how to fix?
This is not a remote access issue as
all devices are on the same network.
