Remote connection while on LAN

I ran an update to my Plex Server running on my Windows 10 computer and have suddenly lost the ability to connect (seemingly at all) over my LAN.

The PC is on the same wired network as my Roku TV and I have confirmed in my router settings that they’re on the same subnet. I changed DNS to use the Google DNS but am still getting the ‘Cannot connect securely’ error.

When I go to app.plex.tv/desktop from the same Windows computer, I can see that the connection to my server comes up as ‘Remote’. This seems odd. I checked the logs and didn’t see any error messages but also wasn’t quite sure what to look for. I can attach the relevant files here if someone can point them to me - seems like there’s a lot of logs included in the downloaded zip and don’t want to just dump them all here.
