Hi, I’ve tried adding collections by using a useful youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jf7QYc6ju9k
But try as I might, I cannot add any movies to a collection, due to a locked padlock! No matter which movies I select from my libary, when I name a new collection nothing appears in collections ( There are no items in collections)
How do I open the padlock so I can add movies?

The padlock doesn’t prevent you from changing anything - it prevents Plex from automatically overwriting changes that you make. You should be able to edit the field regardless of the state of the lock.
Can you describe step by step what you’re doing? I’ve never encountered any problem creating collections, so I want to be sure of the steps you’re following. Screenshots would be helpful, if you can.
