Cannot create collections

Hello. I recently set up a new Plex Media Server (on a Raspberry Pi 4). So, my database is effectively brand new. Long story short - I cannot create collections. I fill out the collection tag and save it - I get no errors. But nothing is saved. I’ve tried on prob. 30 different movies and nothing at all. I’ve done a lot of searching and reading but have not been able to find anything helpful. Any guidance would be appreciated

I’m guessing this is a subtle thing that trips up a fair amount of folks.

When you click the ‘Save’ button, make sure the Collections field looks like this:

If it looks like this:

you haven’t actually “entered” the name yet, and clicking Save will ignore it.

That did it - thank you! Strange design ‘decision’ on the part of Plex - but I suppose I’ve seen stranger
