Plex Collections not being saved

I’m trying to organise my Movies into collections, however each time I add a collection name under the Tags this information is not being saved. Have I messed something or am I doing something wrong ?

After you enter the name hit enter to save the name. Once you hit enter a box with an x will be added indicating that the collection name is set and then you can add more names if the video will be in multiple collections.
