It looks like the database is corrupted.
In the Plex Media Server.log file there are 381 lines containing ERROR - SQLITE3:0x10fc0e688, 11, database corruption at line....
You have a couple of options. You can try and repair it following the Repair a Corrupt Database support article. If you have backups, you can also try following Restore a Database Backed Up via ‘Scheduled Tasks.’
I’ve never performed either of those procedures, so I don’t know if there are any “gotchas” to watch out for, etc.
You might search the server-mac area of the forum for “database corruption” to find how others addressed the problem. I found this thread that has some good info.
Others may weigh in as well with additional info.
Good luck with things. Hopefully you can fix the existing database or restore from a backup.
