Cannot edit home users after moving Plex to new computer

I have moved my Plex server to a new computer and copied over the data folder and the registry value. I am logged in as the home admin and the local users are still there. When I go to Plex Home I cannot edit the users or grant library access.

  1. Stop Plex Server with its task tray icon.
  2. Download the latest 64bit Plex Media Server installer and execute it.
    If it refuses to run because PMS is already installed, uninstall PMS beforehand. If you do that, do NOT use any kind of “uninstaller” or “system/registry cleaner” tools.
  3. reboot the server machine afterwards

I stopped the server and reloaded the data file and now it is working.
