Made a mess of moving plex server to new machine

I setup by mistake a new install of plex on a windows 11 macine with the intention to move old files from previous windows 10 machine.

Unfortuneatly i set up a new admin user on the windows 11 machine with a different email. I now know that this is an incorrect way to to the move.

However, i have tried to uninstal my plex server and delete the local app data associated to it and clear out the registry, but this admin account keeps returning when i reinstall the plex server, even when i merge the old registry into the new one.

Are there any other locations that is holding the admin account data that i need to remove? It keeps coming back on a new clean install?

Do you mean you created a separate Plex Account?
You should be able to simply sign-out from that account in the Plex Web app – then sign into your regular account and start over.
