Suddenly, I cannot edit and add libraries to my server.
See the attached screenshots. Also, should my Agents (Legacy) page be blank like this?
It presents like this both locally and at plex.tv/web
I have searched, and have seen posts from people experiencing this exact issue over the years, but I cannot find any solutions.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a very large server (~70GB) which I don’t wish to have to rebuild from scratch.
Start by stopping and restarting Plex server using its task tray icon.

I have done this many times, and it has not helped.
I have also seen your replies to other instances of this regarding VPN, which I do not have.
Have you granted the plex web app the permission to access the local network?
You may need to do this for both app.plex.tv and the IP address of your plex server: Important note about the Plex Web app - Local Network Access
Try setting your DNS server to one of the proven-working public ones by Cloudflare or Google (1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 respectively)
Disable 3rd-party anti virus software.

I already have Cloudflare DNS set on my router.
I have fixed this issue. It seemed to be an adblocking issue. I disabled Adguard Home on my router, and disabled Adguard Windows installation which has resolved this issue.
I’ve since down graded my server installation to 1.43.2.10687 as I use legacy agents that haven’t updated yet.
The legacy agents are still there on 1.43.3 and I recommend you rather stay up-to-date. The reason you didn’t see them was because of your ad block issue.

You are correct. I have updated to 1.43.3.10896 and legacy agents are still working.
For those following along at home and might come into this issue, it would seem the recent update to Adguard 8.0.0 caused this. Adguard Home on my router was not the cause.
I have completely bypassed filtering of all Plex exe’s through Adguard shown below.
