Cannot enable remote access after moving Plex install to new computer

Today, I moved my Plex server install to a new computer (Windows 10 → Windows 10) using the official Plex guide: https://support.plex.tv/articles/201370363-move-an-install-to-another-system/ This seems to have broken remote access for me.

I am consistently getting the “Not available outside your network: Your server is signed in to Plex, but is not reachable from outside your network.” error under Settings → Remote Access.

I have manually specified an external port and used https://canyouseeme.org/ to verify that it can be seen. I even tried disabling the Windows firewalls, which did not help.

Simply put, nothing about my network situation has changed between the time I unplugged the old PC and plugged in the new one. I have gone through the guide at https://support.plex.tv/articles/200931138-troubleshooting-remote-access/ multiple times and nothing there seems to help or be applicable.

Did you use the same external port number that you used with the old server?

Is the old server still running?
