Cannot find media folders - Terramaster

Trying to use Plex on my Terramaster F4-210. I have installed the app through TOS, launched the Plex Web App and run through the set up wizard.
The server is visible in the web app, but when I try to add folders browse in a location call /home.
I cannot find where this is located either on my NAS or on my Mac - and I cannot navigate to other folders from the add folder interface in Plex.
The only sign of Plex related folders I can find on the NAS are a handful of files like “Plex Media Server.en-us.oexe”

I don’t have the specifics for Terramaster… the main shares are usually stored in a folder like /volume/ or /volume1/ (so you should be able to find a theoretical Movies share as /volume1/Movies/).

That’s 2 different things.
The folder you picked up from the support article is about the Plex server data directory – that’s not where your media is stored!

What folders do you get to see if you click on md0 or / on the left side?

(reposting: sorry - I’m new to forums and the formatting looked screwy)
This support article from plex suggests it should be at
/home/plex/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server

And the plex web app shows a folder tree (see pic). What’s strange is that the Plex home folder is the highest level I can navigate to, I can’t see other folders either on my NAS or my computer. I also cannot find the files referenced in the pic in either spot.

this is the tree from clicking /

looks generic - no clues where the files are actually stored

hold on - spoke too soon. the NAS folders are visible through the md0.

Thanks for encouraging me just click through the folders, ie to do what I should have done before posting, haha.
