I have changed my router which changed the ip addresses from 192.168.2.XX to 192.168.1.XX Now when I log onto the ReadyNas UItra 6 plus which used to be 192.168.2.11 but now is 192.168.1.XXX it cannot find the plex server. The App starts fine, but goes off looking for the server but doesn’t find one. What do I Do. I don’t mind creating a new server, but how do I do that (Where is the server wizard now?)
Just to get this straight… do you have Plex installed on the router or is your plex server connected to the new router?
Can you access the server via its own IP address (https://192.168.1.XXX:32400/web) but not via the online version (https://app.plex.tv/desktop)?
