I just updated to Plex Version 4.32.1 last week, and now I cannot see any of my servers. I still see servers that are shared with me but not my own. My server is running on a Windows PC with Windows Embedded Standard, SP1. 32 bit OS. I have been running off this PC for years without issue. When I try to reset my customization, my servers don’t show up.
Most likely culprit: “DNS rebinding protection” in your router/DNS resolver.
Don’t set ‘Secure Connections’ to “required”
under Settings - Server - Network
Set your preferred DNS server to Google 8.8.8.8 and/or 8.8.4.4

Thanks for the reply. What if my server is not showing up at all? I have no way to select my server to make those setting changes. I can see 2 shared servers (friends that have shared) but ‘My Server’ is not showing at all. If I go to reset configuration, to select my Preferred Server, it is not there. Just the two servers that are shared with me.
Points 1 and 2 are performed in the preferences of your router, not of your Plex server.
Point 1) is particularly important when there are issues signing into a plex account.

Follow it accurately.
Use your web browser’s ‘incognito’/‘privacy’ mode.
Ideally, use a web browser directly installed on your server machine.
If that is not possible, use a web browser on a machine in the same local network.
Load the web app directly from the server i.e. http://192.168.1.24:32400/web

Yea, I realized that. It seems like it is working now…not sure what happened.
I reset the Plex server on my Windows PC (killed the application and restarted). Then the server started up again and is now working. I had already set the Secured Connections to Preferred, not required.
This was the second time I reset this server this morning. The first time, it looked like my server came back, but when I clicked on the different libraries, it said I had no access.
Not sure what the second reset did. It seems like everything is showing up/working now.
I will monitor things and see if I have any issues. Thanks for the prompt replies.
