Can't connect to My plex server

Server Version#: 1.16.5.1554
Player Version#: Web client 4.6.2

When i’m trying to connect to My plex server via webpage (plex.tv/web) it says that it can’t be found. I have a friends plex on same version but his i can see fine.
I can only stream lokally on the server (ip 127.0.0.1)

I have tried:

  • roll back to older server version
  • reset tokens (reset password)
  • reinstalled My pc it was installed on
  • checked firewall

Did you switch or reinstall your server?

go to app.plex.tv

Settings - Web Client - General - ‘Show Advanced’ - “Reset Customization”

I reinstalled plex and also Windows 10.
I Will try your way

Still dosen’t Work Screenshot_20190911_194438|690x1494

Sorry, I cannot read that. What does it say?

Can’t make a se ure connection to the server.
And then how and where you can make the setting

So what happens if you take the offer and use an unsecured connection?

The same error

Sorry for not seeing this earlier:
If you have reset all tokens, your server is not signed in to your Plex account anymore.

Also make sure that your network connection is classified as ‘private’ in Windows, and not as ‘public’.

I have tried the article but that did not help :frowning:
My network settings are set to privat, should i upload some log files?

Yes, please.

Unfortunately, your logs don’t contain much useful information, due to ‘debug’ logging disabled.
Stop Plex server, using its task tray icon
unzip this file and make a double click on it. It contains a registry entry which enables debug logging even without access to the server settings
debuglog.zip (339 Bytes)

Which operating system are you using?
Have you ever started Plex server “As Administrator”?

Seeams to be working now
