Cannot find the PMS

Hey everybody,

 

I really hope you guys can help me with my problem.  I have an PMS running on my Mac Mini - with an client installed to it. I also have EyeTV on it, to watch TV. That's all I have installed on the Mac Mini.

 

So, for my father's birthday I bought him a raspberry pi and installed rasplex on it. Everything is working fine, except that rasplex cannot find my mac mini.

 

I also found out -while testing further- that my Macbook is also unable to connect to the Mac Mini.

 

What could the problem be? I have the firewall and wifi deactivated and absolutey no clue why nobody in our house is unable to find/locate the PMS - even with specified IP-Adress.

Did you enter your MyPlex informations on your PMS pref page ?

If not, fill your log/pass, and then do the same in Rasplex preferences.

I had these kind of issues, and it usually solved them.

Actually solved it for the first time, the second time the PMS cannot be found by the pi :(
