Server Version#:latest for the raspberry pi - cant access to see

I am trying to add live tv to my raspberry pi plex server with a usb antenna. I installed Plex server for the raspberry pi just fine on my network. Now that the RPi is in another network i cannot get to my server settings even if I am remoted into the actual RPi and connected to the local host. I checked with zenmap to make sure the port was open publicly. and it is
so you moved it? how are you trying to access it?
I installed teamviewer so I access it that way and then open Plex using locahost. I tried accessing it through logging in to plex.tv. When I do that I can see the server in the settings but it says its unavailable. When local, it doesnt show in the list of servers ( i have two) so I cannot access any server specific settings such as remote access. Port 32400 is open on my firewall.
I didnt answer your first question. Yes I set up the raspberry pi on my home network to prep it, then moved it to another location and network completely, and tried to finish the setup there
how far did you get in that?
what list? the drop down in settings? so you are using serverIP:32400/web ?
I completed the installation but I did not set up the Live TV and DVR because thats what I will be using it for at the other location. And yes, this list of servers:
I got it working. I just uninstalled and reinstalled and it works fine now.
