Cannot get movie listed as English to play in English

Server Version#: client version 5.71.1 plex for vizio
Player Version#: platform version 3.0.0-2338.0001

Movie will not play in English, went on my computer set language to English, downloaded the app, same thing, made sure it was on English. Restarted app on the TV and movie will still not play in English.

Can you verify the file’s audio track is actually English?
It sounds like the track might be tagged as English language audio but it could be actually some other language…
