It seems that my Samsung TV is unable to play content from my local plex server (same subnet). However, content plays fine on all other devices. When trying to play content, it says I must be signed in to my plex account. I have set this up already, but when one of my user accounts login, they can see the correct content, but cannot play it. When trying to add the server manually, it says I must be signed into my plex account This is more than frustrating as I have multiple users with appropriate restrictions setup and working fine at our cottage with the same settings.
Suggestions on how to resolve this? I have added permissions to the corresponding NTFS folder, still no joy.
