PLEX failure to sign in to show movies on LOCAL IP

would like to sign in to your Plex account this application is at 192.168.3.102 and is not hosted by Plex. Continue only if you recognize this server and wish to grant access. There was an error signing inf providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging>
So This will not LOG ON to PLEX. I seem to have access to the back end and can do configuration.
CAN NOT browse recorded content.
Before all the PLEX back end theft of content by require it to be hosted I could sign in and not need a network connection.
