User doesn't have access to any servers or shred content category

I’m sotaly frustrated. When I went to update my plex server software I lost connnectivity to on of my Samsung TVs. It works on my iphone, idpad and a Samsung I have upstairs but for the life of me I can’t get it to work on the TV in my fmaily room. I’m far from a computer expert. I receive the followng message:

There seem to be a problem (really!!!)
User doesn’t have access to any servers or shred content.
Make sure the server is logged into the acount or if it is remote, the conneten has been shared with you.

The PC that the server data and movies is on is directly connected to t his TV. I have confirmed I amd logged on and that the WiFi is connected. Pleade someone out there help me :-(.

Are you sure you are using the right account? Double check with your server. From Plex Web so to your account settings and check your email address. If you are using the Facebook or Google options, make sure you are using the right one. The email on these may not be the same for your Plex account.
