Cannot get PMS to match Looney Tunes Golden Collection

Hello,
I have the Looney Tunes Golden Collection stored on my NAS box, and am trying to get PMS to match it correctly, but no matter what I do it simply won’t match. This is the collection, and this is how it is currently stored:

  • Looney Tunes Golden Collection Volume 1
    • Disc 1 - Best of Bugs Bunny
      • 01 - Baseball Bugs.avi
      • 02 - Rabbit Seasoning.avi
      • etc.
    • Disc 2 - Best of Daffy & Porky
      • 01 - Duck Amuck.avi
      • 02 - Dough for the Do-Do.avi
      • etc.
    • etc.
  • Looney Tunes Golden Collection Volume 2
  • etc.

Has anyone else managed to get this to match correctly? If not are there any tips that might help me?

It’s driving me up the wall!

You must always organize your shows according to tvdb episode order.

Your current naming will never work, if you want plex to pull the correct metadata.

Fortunately for you (and everyone) the guide posted above will work.

You MUST follow it step by step or it will not work.

Awesome - I never thought to check for a specific Looney Tunes solution on the forum. I’ve created my new Library and have left PMS to sort it all out itself - I’ll check back in an hour and see where it’s up to!

I used the solution explained here, but I had to modify the file names within his script to match to how my files were named. I recommend following @matthiasshapiro’s instructions, and using my script (since it appears that the file names in my script are the same as yours). My script is attached (remove .txt extension).
