I can’t get Remote Access to work on my computer. I have tried setting up port forwarding on both routers and everytime the test goes green for a few seconds and then it’s red. What am I doing wrong? I have two routers, the one attached to my computer with the Plex Server has a static IP and the router has a VPN as well.
If you have 2 routers you will need 2 port forwards.
Also disable vpn to get it working.
Thanks nokdim. I really wanted to keep using my VPN for Plex but my VPN service doesn’t do Port forwarding. It seems to last longer on Green but remote access still doesn’t seem to be working…
Im having the same problem. Out of nowhere I get a notification that my PMS is offline yesterday. I didnt touch a thing so not sure what happened. Im on Beta version 1.16.6.1592 (didnt work on earlier stable version) running Windows Server 2019. I have port 32400 forwarded behind a pfsense firewall. All was functioning correctly for over 6 months until this happened. canyouseeme throws an error for port 32400. Not sure what to do from here.
