Cannot get Remote Access working

So far I have not been able to get my Remote Access working. The ports are forwarded correctly, and even removing my PC into the DMZ does not allow access.

Should probably mention that I cave, unfortunately, Xfinity as my provider. I have already disabled the “Advanced Security”
