Today my remote access died. I’m using a GMKtec mini, Xfinity router. I followed all the troubleshooting recomenations.
Turned off Advanced security, set up port forwarding, set to dedicated reserved IP, enabled UPnP and zero config.
Still won’t allow access outside of my wifi network. Any other suggestions?
I saw someone post on another site that Xfinity has started rolling out CGNAT in some locations, they lost remote access and realized they had been moved to it. Have you checked if you’ve maybe been migrated? (they could have been mistaken as well, not sure)

If it’s not the CGNAT piece and that port shows open, I would check your server logs for any certificate issues.
