When trying to manually install the most recent Plex Update on a TerraMaster NAS F4-212 ARM, I consistently receive the error “This file is incorrect and cannot be installed” This happens on any version I try to install that is downloaded from the downloads.plex.tv site. The file I am attempting to install is PlexMediaServer-1.41.5.9522-a96edc606-aarch64.tpk.
Is this the correct file to download for my NAS? How do I update to a more current version? The new client has been downloaded to my Apple iPhone and now will not work with the older version of the server. So I need to get this corrected and a correct updated version installed.. Please advise. Thank.
Is there someone from Plex that can respond to this question? Unsure how the support process works if you are paying for a product and there isn’t a defined way to obtain direct support. I cannot use PLEX until I solve this issue.
I have been waiting for an update for this model also. I haven’t seen an update for TOS 5 in about a year.
Now my android phone has updated to the “new experience” version and refuses to connect to my server until I update my server to the latest version…which doesn’t exist!
Thanks, Chris. Can you please advise how to access the beta channel? I cannot seem to find the link on the downloads page to access the ARM build for TOS5. Thanks!
