Hello,
I am helping a friend troubleshoot installing plex player for mac. I am not very familiar with mac’s so bear with me.
After downloading the plex player for mac and clicking the downloaded icon, we are getting an error which says:
‘You Can’t open the application “Plex” because the classic environment is no longer supported.’
The macbook is relatively new (2 years).
I can’t seem to find anything online which would suggest why this is happening, other than (and this is purely my own speculation from what I’ve read) the install file is recognized as trying to install as an OS9 file…which can’t be correct…
Any ideas how to fix this?
