Plex won’t install on my smart Samsung TV… I get an error : “failed to download (2007)” on Samsung smart hub. I wonder what’s that mean and how to fix it??!

Your TV is a 2014 model and 1080p.
The official Plex app for Samsung TVs supports only 2016+ 4K UHD Tizen models (Which Smart TV models are supported?).
The version of the Plex app for your TV was developed by a Plex user. It is no longer supported and quite outdated.
Your best bet is to purchase a set top box such as a Roku, AppleTV, Nvidia Shield Pro, FireTV 4K, etc.
Edit: FWIW, a family member has a 2013 F7100. It has a great picture, but the menus, apps, etc are horribly slow & outdated by today’s standards. We connected an Apple TV 4K and it works great. Much, much better than using any app on the Samsung.
