Cannot keep connection to Server

Samsung Q80 TV - Plex for Samsung 4.5.1 - Tizen 5.0
I just bought this tv and tried using the Plex app. My buddy has the server and shared it with me. Now ive been able to access this on every other device in the house with no problems, but this tv is not having it. It will find the server for about 2 minutes then it loses it. Then it finds it again. This is all it does, not allowing me to watch anything due to disconnecting every 2 minutes. Where do I start the fix? In the app setting? Contact Sumsung? Or could it be my router? Im not very Tech suave, so please be patiant. Lol

using wifi? hardwire?

if you are using wifi get a signal strength finder app. Smart tv’s that ive used dont have agood wifi antennas

check your firewall for any issues or if your device has logs

your router firewall, it should have logs.

keep trying the same thing and watch the logs or look for logs on your tv and do the same. watch the time stamp. Getting the logs will also help developers if this is a reocurring ticket
