Noticed this morning that some recording didn’t happen… when to the server and had “cannot load Channel mapping” error on the HDHomeRun DVR.
Googled a little and found an old error that was fixed by deleting the turner log files. Removed the dvr from plex, Stopped the plex docker, deleted the tuner logs, relaunched and added the dvr back. Scanned channels and everything worked.
Double checked from work via iPhone app and the error is back.

Debug logging on, again deleting the DVR in plex, then deleting the tuner log files, reinstalling the turner in plex like its new and everything seems to be working correctly… Ill keep an eye on it for the next few hours and we will see what it catches.
Im having the same issue, de-bugging on, tried removing DVR, and reconnecting - didn’t work. Even tired the old-fassioned switch off and on again, nothing. Any ideas what might becausing this. I know the DVR is working becuase I can pick channels up on other services, just not plex
